UO Scheduling & Event Services
UO Scheduling & Event Services is responsible for reserving University facilities and grounds
for non-academic purposes on behalf of student organizations, EMU programs, UO departments
and off-campus entities. We also offer comprehensive event services to facilitate all aspects
of your event.
Our staff is ready to assist you with every detail, providing event planning, state-of-the-art
audio/visual equipment, lighting, staging and room setup.
