These program events are of great significance for the educational and social life of the university.As a student program member/facilitator for one of the EMU Programs, you have the opportunity to plan diverse events, hone networking skills, build leadership skills and uphold and create traditions while generating enthusiasm. Concerts, films, art exhibits, lectures and traditional programming help create a sense of community on campus and promote school spirit. Students play an important role in the planning and implementation of all campus events. The coordination and planning of social, cultural, educational and recreational programs and activities such as these enhance a student's college experience. These events bring the University community together and provide students with great learning opportunities out of the academic environment.
