This could be your first time requesting a room or maybe you're an event-planning vet. In either case, we're here to make your job easy, simple and a success.
Before you start, here are some important things to keep in mind:

The UO has rules and we all have to play by them.
We've worked hard to make the hoops you need to jump through easy to understand and simple to attain.
Our goal is clear guidelines and even clearer requirements.
Students must be authorized to request space and equipment.
This is so someone you don't know isn't spending your organization's budget.
Your organization can have up to 4 currently enrolled students authorized to make requests. Check here to see if you're authorized.
Make your request as soon as possible.
EVERYTHING, and we mean everything from rooms to state-of-the-art equipment, is reserved on a first come basis. You snooze, you could lose.
A tentative request will hold space and equipment while you work out the details. But you'll have to meet the confirmation deadline to make it real.
We also know that there are unexpected event opportunities and spur-of-the-moment meetings. We will do our very best to accommodate these requests.
